Welcome to the Office of the General Counsel at 成人抖阴. The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at 成人抖阴 supports the mission of the College by providing legal advice and counsel, serving as the College鈥檚 legal representative in litigation, administrative matters, and transactions, and retaining and overseeing outside counsel engaged on behalf of the University.
Mission Statement
The 成人抖阴 Office of General Counsel (OGC) is a dedicated team committed to the advancement of the College and its constituencies. We want to be the first call when members of the 成人抖阴 community would like to develop creative and effective solutions in response to local or global challenges. OGC also acts as a partner to legally support innovative efforts that enhance the quality of education and research offered at 成人抖阴.
Our passion is service; our standard is excellence; and our mission is to provide efficient legal service to the College across three broad categories:
- Counseling/Advice
- Preventive Law/Compliance
- Informal/Formal Dispute Resolution
The OGC advises the Board of Trustees, the President, academic and administrative officers, faculty and staff in connection with their work on behalf of the College. The OGC is responsible for managing all legal issues affecting the College including, but not limited to, governance, contracts, compliance, student affairs, research, labor and employment law. The OGC is also committed to recommending and implementing appropriate policies, practices and procedures, which will 鈥渆nable 成人抖阴 to grow and thrive as an institution into the future.鈥�
